New Delhi: FCB Kinnect has appointed Neetika Aggarwal as Managing Partner, strengthening its leadership team as the agency continues to expand its presence across North and West India. Aggarwal announced the appointment on LinkedIn, saying she will work closely with teams across both regions and split her time between Mumbai and Delhi. "New beginnings! I've joined Kinnect as Managing Partner, working closely with teams across North and West India," she wrote. Aggarwal joins Kinnect with over two decades of experience across integrated marketing, brand strategy and client leadership. Before moving to Kinnect, she served as Managing Partner at Leo Burnett India, where she led brands including Spotify, Visa India, HDFC Bank, Abbott India, Tata Neu, HDFC Life, Jio Smart Bazaar, Viacom18 Colors, Stellantis (Jeep), P&G Whisper and Bajaj Auto, among others. Earlier, she was Executive Client Officer, Head of West & South at VMLY&R, overseeing accounts such as HUL's beauty portfolio, ICICI Bank, Colgate-Palmolive, Titan Skinn and Diageo. Prior to that, Aggarwal headed business and integration at Red Fuse Communications, WPP's dedicated agency for Colgate-Palmolive, where she led integrated marketing mandates in collaboration with multiple WPP agencies across India and Asia-Pacific. She also spent nearly 11 years at JWT, handling brands including Nestlé, PepsiCo, Meta (Facebook for Business), Airtel, Microsoft, Nokia and Info Edge. Her career includes stints at TBWA India, Rediffusion DYR and SSC&B Lintas, where she worked on brands such as Adidas, Michelin, National Geographic Channel, LG, Airtel and Hyundai. She hold MBA in Marketing from Mumbai Educational Trust and is a commerce graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC).
