Country music icon Alan Jackson will play his final concert on June 27 at Nashville's Nissan Stadium, and the performance will be turned into a primetime NBC special titled "Alan Jackson: The Last Show," set to air later this year on NBC and stream on Peacock, according to Deadline.
"The special will celebrate Jackson's career, legacy, and impact on fans and musicians."
Variety reported that the farewell concert actually takes place on June 29, and the special is directed by Sam Wrench, who previously directed "Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour" and other major concert films. No guest stars have been announced yet for the event.
The special will air later in 2026, according to Variety, offering fans a final chance to see Jackson perform his classic hits on a grand stage before he retires from live performances.
