A Medscape survey of 896 UK physicians (Oct 2025–Mar 2026) examines how medical professionals manage romantic relationships alongside demanding clinical work. Over two-thirds of respondents are married, and more than half of those in committed relationships report that work pressures strain time, intimacy, and connection — particularly affecting younger clinicians.
