New Delhi: Public relations agency V Spark Communications rebranded itself as Fizz PR, marking a strategic shift as it looks to expand its presence beyond India and strengthen its integrated communications offering. The agency said the rebranding retains its existing leadership, team and client relationships while introducing a new identity that reflects its growing focus on cross-border communications and multi-channel brand storytelling. Alongside the rebrand, the agency has launched its new website, fizzpr.com. Kanika Chhabra, Founder of Fizz PR, said, “We didn’t just want a new name; we wanted a name that captures how we actually work. Great PR isn’t quiet. It’s the spark that gets people talking, the fizz that makes a brand impossible to ignore. That’s the energy we bring to every campaign, and now our name says it too.” The agency said the rebranding follows its expansion beyond traditional media relations into integrated campaigns spanning media, digital, social and creator ecosystems for clients across India and international markets. “This isn’t a reset; it’s a graduation. Everything that made V Spark a trusted partner stays exactly the same. We’re just showing up with a name and a look that finally match the energy we bring to our clients’ brands,” Chhabra added. Fizz PR said it will continue to offer services across sectors including technology, SaaS, startups, healthcare, consumer, lifestyle, real estate, infrastructure, IPO communications, government relations and celebrity PR. The agency also announced a formal expansion into international public relations, with plans to help Indian companies build media visibility overseas while supporting global brands entering the Indian market. Fizz PR will continue to operate from its Delhi NCR headquarters while expanding its footprint across key domestic and international markets.
