SONDRight content, right time.sond.comRight content, right time. Why do we use sound to impact sleep? This is all about stimulating the brain. Through visual, touch, and audio as well. Then it's about what audio exactly do I choose in order to help myself sleep. Of course, personal preferences involved. Do I like this type of voice or this type of genre? Different types of audio that have different mechanisms of action impact the brain in a different way. The reason why also we created this catalog of different types of interventions is because we know that a specific intervention may be effective for someone at one time, but the following night they'll need something else because they can't focus, they've had a rough day, they're not in the mood for a meditation, for example, they'll need a different type of intervention. So we believe that there is the right intervention at the right time. That's an important part of why there are different types of interventions in our catalog.
