1. Who we are
FeedBagel is operated by Prototypr Limited, a company incorporated in Gibraltar (company number 123132), registered office Unit G02, Eurocity, Europort Avenue, Gibraltar GX11 1AA. “We”, “us” and “FeedBagel” mean Prototypr Limited. You can reach us at [email protected].
2. The service
FeedBagel collects publicly available articles from RSS feeds and websites, organises them by publisher, author and topic, and lets you read, save and follow them. Some features use automated tools, including AI models, to summarise, tag, rate or group articles. These outputs can be wrong or incomplete, so always check the original source before relying on them.
Articles belong to their publishers. We show headlines, short excerpts and links back to the original, and we do not claim ownership of third-party content. If you are a publisher and want something changed or removed, email us.
3. Accounts
- You can read FeedBagel without an account. Some features need one.
- You sign in with Google or GitHub. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping that sign-in secure.
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- Information you give us must be accurate. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard.
4. API keys, webhooks and MCP
- API access is granted on application. Keep your keys secret; you are responsible for all use of them.
- Respect the rate limits and plan limits shown in your dashboard. Do not try to get around them, for example by using several accounts or keys.
- Webhook URLs you register must be ones you control. We may pause a webhook that keeps failing or that sends traffic somewhere it should not.
- You may use data from the API in your own products, but you must not resell or redistribute FeedBagel's dataset as a competing feed or bulk archive, and you must follow the publishers' own rights in the underlying articles.
5. Things you post
When you submit a link, feed, comment or forum post, you keep ownership of it and give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it as part of FeedBagel. You confirm you have the right to post it. We can moderate, hide or remove anything posted, and we review submitted links before they appear publicly.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use FeedBagel to:
- break the law or infringe anyone else's rights;
- post spam, malware, harassment, or illegal or sexually explicit material;
- scrape the site in bulk instead of using the API, or overload our systems;
- probe, test or break our security, or access accounts and data that are not yours;
- impersonate another person or publisher.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
7. Paid plans and billing
- Pro is a monthly subscription. The current prices, what is included, and how extra feeds, webhooks and deliveries are charged are on the pricing page.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Usage-based charges, such as webhook deliveries above your allowance, are billed at the end of each billing period.
- Adding or removing feeds or webhooks mid-month changes your bill on a prorated basis.
- Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any taxes that apply. We will tell you at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect on an existing subscription.
- If a payment fails, we may downgrade your account to the free plan until it is paid.
8. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Pro until then and are not charged again. We do not give refunds for partial months, except where the law requires it or where we have charged you in error. If you think a charge is wrong, email us and we will look into it.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a right to cancel within 14 days of first subscribing. By starting to use Pro straight away you ask us to begin the service during that period, and if you cancel within it we may deduct an amount for what you have already used.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep FeedBagel running but do not promise it will always be available, error-free, or that any particular feed, publisher or feature will remain. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid feature you rely on, we will give you reasonable notice and a prorated refund for any time you have paid for and cannot use.
10. Liability
FeedBagel is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, or for content published by third parties. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
11. Ending these terms
You can stop using FeedBagel at any time. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, such as liability and the licence for content already posted, continue to apply.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use FeedBagel after that means you accept the new terms.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Gibraltar, and the courts of Gibraltar have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protections given to you by the law of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim there.
