SONDWhat is SOND?sond.comWhat is SOND? SOND dream buds are in-ear sleep computers. They measure your physiology, they respond, and they help guide you towards a more restful sleep, keep you asleep for longer, and wake you up feeling refreshed. The other answer is SOND is a platform designed to optimize sleep. That platform has several components. One component is the wearable itself, tiny earbuds that have sensors in them that can measure things like heart rate, respiration, sleep stage, and a bunch of other metrics. Then there is the audio component. We have a large library of audio-based interventions that we produce that are optimized for sleep. And then there's the AI component that uses all of the physiological data in order to select just the right audio to help you fall asleep faster, and then help also recommend better sleep behaviors, optimize your sleep in the future. It's a platform that has all of these components in it.
