We’re happy to welcome HCLTech as the newest member of the MIT Media Lab—joining a global network of organizations working together to shape the future of technology and its impact on society. HCLTech is a leading global technology company delivering cutting-edge capabilities in digital, engineering, cloud, and AI. With a strong track record of innovation and a people-first mindset, HCLTech comes to the Lab to explore real-world applications of artificial intelligence through responsible, forward-thinking collaboration. As a member, HCLTech will work closely with Media Lab faculty, researchers, and students on applied research and co-development initiatives. This relationship opens the door to breakthrough ideas, rapid prototyping, and technologies designed to tackle complex global challenges. To deepen their engagement, HCLTech will also host a series of events at the Lab, including a “Future of Applied AI” roundtable, an AI + Ethics salon, and an Innovation Showcase highlighting co-developed solutions. These gatherings will create opportunities for knowledge exchange, cross-disciplinary insight, and shared experimentation.
