Route Mobile is part of Proximus Global and provides cloud communications and digital engagement solutions to enterprises worldwide.Under the partnership, Route Mobile will enable access to Truecaller Business Messaging for its enterprise clients. The collaboration is aimed at helping businesses communicate with customers through secure, verified and interactive messaging at scale, as companies increasingly look for more reliable digital communication channels.The partnership will allow enterprises to reach over 500 million monthly active users on Truecaller globally using contextual and rich media messages. These messages can include images, documents and videos, and are designed to support more immersive customer interactions.The Business Messaging platform supports both one-way and two-way communication. Key features include verified business identities, clickable links, smart priority notifications and read receipts, which are intended to improve response rates and overall engagement.Commenting on the development, Priyam Bose, global head of GTM at Truecaller, said the partnership would help expand the company’s global footprint and drive wider adoption of its messaging platform through Route Mobile’s established international network.Tushar Agnihotri, CEO of Route Mobile, said the collaboration combines Route Mobile’s CPaaS infrastructure with Truecaller’s user base and messaging capabilities to help brands build trusted customer interactions and improve the effectiveness of enterprise communication campaigns.The companies said the partnership is focused on making business communication more seamless, secure and scalable, as enterprises place greater emphasis on verified and trusted customer engagement channels.
