The Bengal Inc. partners Bharat Chamber of Commerce for podcasts, industry collaborations
From the article
New Delhi: The Bengal Inc., a newly launched entrepreneurship and ecosystem platform focused on West Bengal, has partnered with Bharat Chamber of Commerce for podcasts, founder conversations and industry collaborations. The platform, launched on May 9, 2026, aims to bring together founders, investors, mentors, industry leaders, policymakers and aspiring entrepreneurs through content, networking, mentorship and ecosystem-building initiatives. As part of the collaboration, The Bengal Inc.’s podcasts and founder conversations will be powered by Bharat Chamber of Commerce. The partnership will also see The Bengal Inc. serve as one of Bharat Chamber of Commerce’s social media partners for key events, conferences, roundtables and industry interactions. The collaboration is aimed at strengthening conversations around entrepreneurship, investment, industry and economic development in West Bengal. For The Bengal Inc., the partnership gives institutional reach and credibility to a platform built around founder visibility and ecosystem storytelling. For Bharat Chamber of Commerce, it creates a bridge with a newer generation of entrepreneurs and digital-first business communities. The Bengal Inc. said the collaboration would preserve its editorial independence across podcasts, interviews and digital productions. Promita Mukherjee, Co-founder, The Bengal Inc., said, “For decades, West Bengal has produced exceptional entrepreneurs, innovators and business leaders, yet the ecosystem lacked a common platform that could connect storytelling, visibility, mentorship, investor access and community-building. The Bengal Inc. was created to fill that gap.” She added, “We are building more than a media platform. We are building ecosystem infrastructure. Every successful entrepreneurial ecosystem needs capital, networks and policy support, but it also needs narrative infrastructure — platforms that make founders visible, connect stakeholders and inspire future builders.” Mukherjee said the response from founders, investors, industry leaders and policy stakeholders since launch had reinforced the need for such a platform. “Having our podcast series powered by Bharat Chamber of Commerce and partnering with one of India’s oldest industry institutions adds both credibility and reach to this mission. Together, we hope to create stronger pathways for founders to be discovered, mentored, funded and celebrated,” she said. Naresh Pachisia, President, Bharat Chamber of Commerce, said the Chamber’s association with The Bengal Inc. as its social media partner would help the industry get deeper insights into the state’s economic and policy environment. “We are confident that the podcasts produced by The Bengal Inc., powered by Bharat Chamber of Commerce, would encourage more people in Bengal to become entrepreneurs and create a business ecosystem,” Pachisia said. The partnership comes at a time when West Bengal is seeking to build stronger narratives around entrepreneurship, investment and industry-led growth. The Bengal Inc. said it will continue to work on founder-focused programming, investor interactions, mentorship opportunities, networking initiatives and strategic partnerships. Established in 1925, Bharat Chamber of Commerce works across trade, industry, policy engagement, stakeholder collaboration and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
