SONDReal-time sleep sensingsond.comReal-time sleep sensing. Most other products on the market track your physiology offline. What does that mean? If they collect the data as you're sleeping, you have to basically download the data from your device, the ring or a wrist tracker, upload it to the cloud. And then it does the processing and tells you: "this is how you slept". DreamBuds work differently. In real time, they track your sleep and actually that powers the experience. So why is it important? If you're listening, for example, to a sleep story, we detect in real time that you've fallen asleep and we transition to a masking sound. We're also able to detect if you're in light sleep or in deep sleep, to change the masking levels. We're able to wake you up when you're in light sleep if that's what you choose. And so the real time sensing is really important because it helps optimise the sleep experience for you.
