New Delhi: Skoda Auto Volkswagen India announced a leadership transition in its sales and marketing division, with Piyush Arora, Managing Director and CEO, taking additional charge as Executive Director for Sales and Marketing for the group in India. Arora will assume the added responsibility after Jan Bures, Executive Director, Sales, Marketing and Digital, completes his India assignment and moves to a new role at Volkswagen AG, effective September 2026. The company said, “We sincerely thank Jan Bures for his contributions towards the Group’s growth in India and wish him continued success in his new assignment at Volkswagen AG.” Skoda Auto Volkswagen India manages the Volkswagen Group’s operations in India across six brands: Volkswagen, Skoda, Audi, Bentley, Lamborghini and Porsche. The leadership transition comes as the group continues to strengthen its sales, marketing and digital operations in the Indian market across mass, premium and luxury automotive segments.
