Palm Springs Architectural Committee to Review Proposed In-N-Out Design

The Palm Springs Architectural Advisory Committee is expected to review the proposed design for a new In-N-Out Burger location later today at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall.The review marks one of the final steps before construction can begin on the long-awaited restaurant.The new In-N-Out is planned for East Palm Canyon Drive near the Ralphs in the Smoke Tree Village shopping center.The site previously housed a Bank of America branch, which has since been demolished to make way for the redevelopment.City officials say if the project continues to move forward as planned, the restaurant could open by late 2027 or early 2028.NBC Palm Springs will have more details following tonight's committee meeting, including any changes or recommendations made during the design review.
