New Delhi: Kapture CX, a verticalized full-stack Agentic AI platform with focus on customer experience automation, today announced the appointment of Sanjay Prasad as Vice President – Sales. Based in Mumbai, he will lead the company's enterprise sales strategy, with a focus on expanding adoption of Kapture CX's AgentOS platform across large enterprise customers in BFSI and retail. Prasad brings more than two decades of experience in enterprise technology sales, business development and strategic alliances. Before joining Kapture CX, he held leadership roles at IBM, HP, Oracle, Red Hat, LeadSquared and MoEngage, where he led growth strategy across India and the Middle East. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with large enterprises to drive digital transformation in regulated environments such as financial services. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Pune University and Digital Marketing Program from IIM Kashipur. "Indian enterprises are entering a new phase of AI where the focus is shifting from experimentation to measurable business impact.
