Justin Bieber has been added as a co-headliner to the first-ever FIFA World Cup Final Halftime Show, joining Madonna, Shakira, BTS, and others. The 11-minute spectacle, organized by FIFA and Global Citizen, will take place on July 19 at New York New Jersey Stadium.
