Info Edge's Naukri rolls out AI hiring tools AI-Rex, Talent Pulse, PremiumX

Info Edge's recruitment platform Naukri on Monday announced the broad rollout of its artificial intelligence-powered hiring ecosystem, introducing AI-Rex, Talent Pulse and PremiumX as part of its strategy to embed AI across the recruitment lifecycle.The launch marks the commercialisation of the company's investments in AI and data infrastructure, spanning products for recruiters, enterprises and jobseekers."AI is fundamentally changing how companies discover, evaluate, and hire talent. AI-Rex, Talent Pulse, and PremiumX represent the first wave of commercial products emerging from that investment," said Hitesh Oberoi, Managing Director and CEO of Info Edge (India) Ltd.AI-Rex, Naukri's agentic AI platform designed to improve recruiter productivity across the hiring workflow, is now live with more than 4,000 enterprise customers and recruitment firms. The company said adoption of the platform increased 3.7 times between February and June 2026, reflecting growing demand for AI-enabled hiring tools.Naukri also highlighted the growth of Talent Pulse, its AI-powered talent intelligence platform, which has crossed 600 paid customers. The platform enables companies to benchmark compensation, analyse talent availability, assess employer branding and make workforce planning decisions using AI-driven insights.On the premium hiring front, PremiumX now serves more than 1,800 enterprise customers. The platform leverages AI-powered talent discovery and Naukri Verified (NChecked) profiles to help employers identify both active and passive candidates, particularly among India's white-collar professionals earning more than ₹30 lakh annually.The company has also expanded its AI capabilities for jobseekers. Its offerings include Neo, an AI-powered career navigation and job-matching assistant, an AI Resume Maker that helps candidates improve their profiles, and AI Mock Interview Prep, which provides personalised interview simulations and feedback.
