Google faces fresh AI talent departures as two Gemini researchers head to Anthropic

Anthropic is set to add two prominent Google researchers to its ranks, according to a Bloomberg report, in the latest sign of intensifying competition for artificial intelligence talent among leading AI companies.Jonas Adler and Alexander Pritzel, both regarded internally as important contributors to Google's Gemini AI model, are expected to leave Alphabet-owned Google and join Anthropic, the maker of the Claude family of AI models.The reported departures come at a time when competition for top AI researchers is escalating across the industry.
