Banijay and All3Media Complete $8 Billion Merger, Creating World's Largest Independent Production Company Based in London
Banijay Entertainment and Redbird IMI-owned All3Media have completed their $8 billion merger, forming what they claim is the world's largest independent production company. The combined entity, operating under the Banijay Entertainment name, will be headquartered in London (All3Media's home base) despite Banijay's Parisian roots. The company will be jointly owned by Banijay Group and RedBird IMI, each holding a 50% stake, and will be consolidated by Banijay Group. Jeff Zucker will serve as Chair of the new entity.
