Argall, Twardzik seek to name portion of I-81 in Schuylkill after fallen state trooper

State Sen. Dave Argall (R-29) and State Rep. Tim Twardzik (R-23) recently announced their intention to introduce legislation in their respective chambers that would name a portion of I-81 in Schuylkill County as the “PSP Trooper Michael E. Pahira Jr. Memorial Interchange.” Pennsylvania State Trooper Michael Pahira Jr. was struck and killed by a tractor-trailer while performing a routine commercial vehicle safety inspection on a section of Interstate 81 in Cass Twp. on July 1.
