(See images for city-by-city details.)Valley dew points will hover in the 40s through Thursday followed by higher humidity beginning this weekend.The Valley will be under clear skies through Friday, followed by high clouds on Saturday, then thicker cloud cover for your Sunday and Monday.A few weather computer models have heavy monsoonal moisture over Arizona with some moving over Eastern Southern California on Sunday and Monday.
