Corrupt file system?

Guys this is a difficult post to make. Firstly I'm suffering some health issues (hopefully slowly recovering) which means I've lost the last 3 months of my memory and prior memories are slowly coming back. During the 'lost' time it lokos like the NAS died with a failure message: Storage Pool 1 on syncity has degraded (total number of drives: 4; number of act
