PPCPorts: the only ports you ever need on a PowerPC
I think it is about time to make this more explicit: if you use 10.5.8 or 10.6.8 on some PowerPC hardware, consider switching to PPCPorts . Compatibility with MacPorts is retained, but more stuff actually works (not only development tools, but also GUI apps, multimedia etc.).
