The Turkish Competition Authority sanctions tyre manufacturers for product and labour market restrictions and imposes measures to prevent dealer-mediated information exchange (Brisa / Goodyear / Hankook.)
On 4 June 2026, the Turkish Competition Board adopted decision No 26-20/612-242, imposing substantial administrative fines on tyre manufacturers, distributors and dealers, including Brisa Bridgestone Sabancı, Otomotiv Lastikleri Tevzi, Goodyear, Hankook, Michelin, Pirelli and Prometeon, for a range of infringements concerning both product and labour markets.
