X-Men World Cup - Qualification for underdogs

I created the whole tournament (X-Men World Cup) with my preferences in mind. It was impossible to give all characters a spot in the groups. So I made cuts here and there. But I decided that it would be unfair if none of the misfits had the chance to participate in final rounds.
