Wildfires latest: YMCA campers stuck in Canada, emergency declaration extended

Gov. Tim Walz and other state officials comprising the Emergency Executive Council voted Wednesday morning to extend an emergency declaration as wildfires ravage northeastern Minnesota and Canada.
