Why an OB-GYN accused of sexual misconduct was allowed to keep practicing

Last fall, an OB-GYN was ordered by the Washington State Medical Commission to not work with female patients. Dr. Mark Mulholland had been practicing for years at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland. For several years, he was accused by multiple patients of sexual misconduct during exams.
