Summer at the Jersey Shore means returning to beloved boardwalks, beaches and restaurants. But each new season also brings a wave of exciting additions to the scene. Here’s a roundup of sure-to-be future favorites for 2026. Bev Shack, Bradley Beach From Abby Taylor Jordan, co-founder of Monmouth County’s own Playa Bowls, comes a dirty-soda concept also serving lemonades, iced teas and hydration drinks. Caesars Beach Club, Atlantic City [caption id="attachment_850467" align="alignnone" width="778"] Rendering: Courtesy of Caesars Atlantic City/R2Architects[/caption] Opening in June, this resort-inspired, day-to-night destination at Caesars features coastal fare, a full-service bar, a rooftop deck, DJ entertainment and exclusive VIP cabanas. Coastal Canteen, Manasquan Seafood, comfort classics and cocktails are on the menu here. Coastal Cruiser, Lower Cape May County This hop-on, hop-off shuttle service runs a loop on weekends, stopping at wineries, breweries, distilleries, the Cape May-Lewes Ferry and downtown. Trips are $40, with discounts for multiple days. Starts May 23. A Cup of Literature, Asbury Park [caption id="attachment_843496" align="alignnone" width="778"] Photos: Courtesy of Naaima Abd-Elhameed[/caption] This spot, from Gen Z-ers Aubrey Chesna and Julia Cangelosi, triples as an airy café, a cozy bookstore and a fitness studio. The Drawing Room, Asbury Park [caption id="attachment_850460" align="alignnone" width="778"] Photo: Nikolas Koenig[/caption] This formerly private restaurant at the swanky Asbury Ocean Club is now opening its doors to all for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Marée, Spring Lake The latest from Marilyn Schlossbach (Whitechapel Projects) and Bret Morgan (Asbury Fresh) is an American bistro with local makers and sustainable ingredients. Mister Softee, Little Egg Harbor The classic soft-serve truck—headquartered in Runnemede—now has a storefront in the former Pine Cone ice cream space. Nagle’s Apothecary Café, Ocean Grove The longtime Shore restaurant and ice cream shop, closed in 2019, is back—now on the first floor of an 1890 building. OB Diner, Point Pleasant Beach After a two-year closure, the Shore staple for late-night and early-morning dining is reopening this summer under new ownership: chef Diego Sanchez, of At the Point in Point Pleasant Beach and 39 Degrees North in Stafford. Olive & Oak, Oceanport [caption id="attachment_846077" align="alignnone" width="778"] Photos: Courtesy of Olive & Oak/from left: Briana Tortoriello, Brianna Anderson[/caption] This charcuterie and catering business, known for its grazing tables and boxes, now has a café with sandwiches, salads, light bites, coffee and matcha. Shore shuttle, Various locations Philadelphia-based Park Avenue Worldwide is offering shuttle rides to Ventnor, Ocean City and Avalon from Jersey City on weekends from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
