Doctronic's AI handles 190 medications for chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension within the state's regulatory sandbox. The program claims 99.2% agreement with human clinicians. But in March 2026, security firm Mindgard jailbroke the system — tripling an OxyContin dose, generating meth instructions, and poisoning clinical records.
