This ferry from WA to B.C. is running 7 years late

Before the pandemic, you could take a Washington State Ferry from Anacortes to Sidney, British Columbia. We’ve just entered the 7th season without service. Now, some ferry riders are suing. We talk with journalist Tom Banse who's written about this for the Washington State Standard.
