Summary

A new digital archive called the National Disability Movement Archive and Collection (NDMAC) has launched in the UK, documenting the history of disability rights campaigning from the 1970s onwards. Funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund, it brings together photographs, oral histories, protest material, and personal accounts, including material linked to the Disability Discrimination Act (1995) and campaigns on austerity, welfare reform, and access.
