Claudia Winkleman has decided not to return for a second season of her BBC talk show, The Claudia Winkleman Show, after just one series. Variety reported that it was Winkleman's own choice to walk away, citing the host's admission that she was "too nervous to enjoy it."
The show launched on BBC One in March, shortly after Winkleman departed as host of Strictly Come Dancing, according to the Times Series and Guardian Series. Over the course of the season, she interviewed guests including Lisa Kudrow and Jeff Goldblum, the Independent noted.

Winkleman acknowledged that the format made her anxious, despite her gratitude for the opportunity. "Sometimes you have to try something to see how it fits," she told the Hollywood Reporter, suggesting she may revisit the idea in the future.

While the self-titled chat show has ended, Winkleman continues to host her other programmes, which Variety reported she described as "the best jobs in the world." In a statement, she thanked the BBC for the chance and praised the guests who appeared on the show, the Belfast Telegraph added.
