ROBERTA DEROSAS There is a well-known spot in Marseille: the iconic “Zidane Wall,” overlooking the sea on the Corniche Kennedy. It is a 100-square-meter wall, like a giant blank sheet of paper, on which is depicted a female lifeguard scanning the sea through binoculars. This gigantic mural, created by street artist Mahn Kloix in 2024, has taken the place of “Zizou,” the French soccer legend.
