Russian war bloggers geolocated the crater southwest of the capital and reached an uneasy conclusion: it may have been Ukraine's FP-9, a homemade ballistic missile said to fly at Mach 7 with an 850-kilometer reach. Its designer had promised that once engine tests passed, "the next flight should be launched toward Moscow." Kyiv isn't confirming anything. Russia may have just found out anyway.
