So I thought about starting to paint (yes another one)

Hello, so I decided to start painting Joker Head Sculpts and later on root them. End goal is to paint custom Sculpts myself, at some far time. I attached my first try. Messed up royally. But hey, I'm here for tips. I failed at the eyes and I'm not sure how to achieve the wrinkly look. Do you have any tips, tricks or hints for me? Thank you very much!
