Strategy previously sold 32 BTC in late May to fund dividend obligations, then disclosed two further purchases: 1,550 BTC in the first week of June and 520 BTC the next week via Class A common stock sales.

Bitcoin trading below Strategy's average purchase price of $75,653 created paper losses, yet Strategy increased its USD Reserve by $300 million to $1.4 billion to support dividends and Digital Credit securities while continuing to buy bitcoin.
