Ukraine's relentless strikes have crippled Russian refineries, drained 1.7 million tons of reserves, and left gas stations rationing and running dry. Now tankers from India are reportedly steaming toward Russian ports — at least 60,000 tons dispatched — while Belarus triples its shipments. Putin insists it's under control. Importing fuel to keep his own cars running says otherwise.
