It's a humiliation few thought possible: Russia, the world's second-largest oil exporter, is now importing gasoline. Ukraine's relentless strikes have crippled Russian refineries, drained 1.7 million tons of reserves, and left gas stations rationing and running dry. Now tankers from India are reportedly steaming toward Russian ports — at least 60,000 tons dispatched — while Belarus triples its shipments. Putin insists it's under control. Importing fuel to keep his own cars running says otherwise.
