DOOM: The Dark Ages Revelations expansion introduces endgame content to the PS5 shooter

It may have been away from the PS5 game for more than a year, but id Software has finally returned to DOOM: The Dark Ages with a major expansion that's much more than just another campaign.

However, on top of it all is an endgame — this is what sets Revelations apart from anything the developer's done before.

A term you'd usually associate with looter shooters like Destiny 2, the studio is essentially using the name as a catch-all for everything that follows its new single player levels.
