Summary
President Donald Trump took his first flight on a newly retrofitted Air Force One 747, which was donated by the Qatari royal family. The jet, approximately 14 years old, was retrofitted using taxpayer dollars. Trump touted the aircraft as "maybe the greatest commercial plane ever built" during remarks before boarding at Joint Base Andrews for a trip to North Dakota.
