The Real Housewives of London will return for a second season on September 7, streaming exclusively on Hayu, with all six original cast members reuniting after a reported off-camera fracture. The series, which debuted last year as Hayu’s first original production, is the third UK-based iteration of the global reality franchise, following ITV’s Real Housewives of Cheshire and Real Housewives of Jersey.
According to Variety, the new season “picks up after an off-camera fracture among the group, with old friendships tested and new loyalties questioned.” The six original women, Juliet Angus, Amanda Cronin, and Karen, are back, PinkNews confirmed, though the exact cast list beyond those names remains consistent with the inaugural lineup.
“The Real Housewives of London are back (to Paddington) and ready for action, with season two launching on Hayu on 7 September.”
Episodes will drop weekly on the streaming platform, Variety added. The show marked Hayu’s first original series when it launched last year, giving the streamer a foothold in the competitive reality TV space that Bravo’s Real Housewives franchise dominates in the U.S.
PinkNews teased that season two will include “cast drama,” a hallmark of the franchise that has kept audiences hooked across multiple cities. Whether the off-screen fracture among the London women leads to new alliances or bitter feuds remains to be seen, but both outlets suggest the tension is already baked into the season’s premise.
