Quesada vs Alonso vs Cebulski

How would you rank the post-2000 EiCs at Marvel? I'm asking strickly in terms of the comics published and the overall direction of the line during their tenure and nothing else, so while the Akira Yoshida stuff was..... yikes, it has no bearing on my question. For me the ranking goes like Quesada > Alonso > Cebulski.
