In a press release, CleanMax said that as of June 30, 2026, CleanMax's total operational portfolio stood at 4.2 GW. Its operational portfolio comprises around 3.5 GW under the RE Power Sales business and around 0.7 GW under the RE Services business. Additionally, the company reported a record increase in its operational renewable energy portfolio from approximately 3.6 GW (as of March 2026) to approximately 4.2 GW. Further, the achievement reflects both the growing scale of corporate renewable energy adoption in India and CleanMax's ability to consistently scale up project commissioning, enabling customers to transition to renewable energy with greater speed and certainty. CleanMax's Operational RE Power Sales Portfolio CleanMax's operational RE Power Sales portfolio, which forms the majority of the overall portfolio, reached approximately 3.5 GW following the commissioning of 403 MW during the quarter. The milestone reflects CleanMax's ability to translate long-term customer demand into operational renewable energy assets across solar, wind, and hybrid projects. The largest capacity additions during the quarter came from projects in Gujarat with approximately 170 MW, Karnataka with approximately 160 MW, and Maharashtra with approximately 110 MW, complemented by additional capacity across regions such as Haryana and Chhattisgarh. Overall, the commissioning was delivered across 11 project sites in five states, reflecting the company's execution capabilities at scale. Key Operational Highlights (Q1 FY27) In Q1 FY27, CleanMax commissioned more than 500 MW of renewable energy capacity across its RE Power Sales and RE Services businesses. Additionally, its RE Power Sales capacity additions reached 403 MW. This comprised approximately 350 MWp of solar and 53 MW of wind projects (owned or co-owned by CleanMax, including group captive projects with customer equity participation under long-term PPAs and EAPAs). Moreover, its RE Services capacity additions reached 126 MWp of solar projects (EPC and O&M by CleanMax, with the assets owned by C&I customers).
