KEY POINTS The ConstructConnect Project Stress Index™ (PSI) closed June 2026 at 109.0, marking a 23.9% increase from May’s reading. All three stress indicators rose over the month, but the Index was mainly driven by a 43.5% increase in abandonments and on hold activity jumping 26.6%. Despite the increase in the increase in the Index on a month-over-month basis, June’s figures look more favorable when compared to year ago levels.
