It's about determination and persistence, it's about clarity of purpose. It is through this lens that I look at the world and at governance, and have come to the only conclusion possible: policy and legislative resilience are crucial to fiscal efficiency for improved development outcomes, as demonstrated by New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani's fiscal optimisation initiatives.
