Pokémon Pokopia’s next limited-time event will turn the game into a playground for hide-and-seek, with the mischievous Dark-type Zorua taking center stage. The Pokémon Company announced Zorua’s Hide-and-Sneak Contest, which runs from July 19 to July 27 on the Nintendo Switch 2, according to Polygon.

Players will need to track down Zorua using the Transform ability, as reported by Siliconera. To participate, trainers must have at least one fully rebuilt Pokémon Centre in their park, NintendoLife noted. The event does not introduce any new Pokémon to the game.

“This one feels absolutely on-brand for the Pokémon it’s themed around,” Adventure Gamers observed. The event leans heavily into Zorua’s trickster nature, rewarding players who successfully find the sneaky Pokémon with in-game prizes, including a new trophy, according to NintendoLife.

Polygon described the event as “centered around one of the cutest Pokémon in the franchise,” promising “fun games and activities.” The competition runs for just over a week, giving players a limited window to earn the exclusive rewards.

GoNintendo summed up the announcement with a playful nod: “Pretty sneaky, sis.” The event marks another seasonal addition to Pokopia’s growing roster of themed contests, keeping the park active for returning players.
