(WHTM) -- Pennsylvania is part of a $45 million multistate settlement agreement with the owner of Cash App, Attorney General Dave Sunday announced Wednesday. The Commonwealth will receive $1,137,695.72 from Block, Inc., owner of Cash App, to settle allegations that the company misled consumers about the app's safety and failed to protect users from fraud.
