On June 25, the owner and operator of the Blue Star Farms on Nevis Road in Tivoli, was found guilty of animal abuse. According to the Columbia County District Attorney's Office, 64-year-old Andrew Nussinow was convicted of three counts of torturing or injuring animals and failure to provide proper sustenance.
