This article documents an open-source one-handed mechanical keyboard project with integrated trackball, created to help a girl who lost function in her right hand. The project was inspired by a request from a father whose daughter was injured in an accident, making typing difficult. The keyboard features QMK firmware, is fully open-source with hardware designs, firmware, and 3D models available on GitHub and Gitee. It includes detailed manufacturing guides, PCB specifications, and supports both left and right-handed versions with hot-swappable or soldered options.
