WGA Sues Warner Bros. Discovery and Paramount Over Skydance Merger

On the heels of 12 state attorneys general filing suit over the merger of David Ellison’s Paramount Skydance and Warner Bros. Discovery, the Writers Guild of America has filed a lawsuit of its own.
