According to a report Wednesday, the median proposed increase for 2027 is 14%. The findings come from KFF, a healthcare research nonprofit. The group found that insurers blamed the increasing premiums on rising healthcare costs, federal regulatory changes and the expiration of pandemic-era subsidies.
