[This Day] Abuja -- German Ambassador to Nigeria and ECOWAS, Annett Günther, has disclosed that Nigeria lost an estimated $1.5 billion to gas flaring in 2024 after burning 5.3 billion cubic meters of associated gas, placing the country seventh globally in flare volumes.
